Sent emails do not go to my sent file. I contacted a support person online and, after a long online chat, she assured me problem would be fixed -- and I would receive a call from someone within 24 hours to make sure it was A-OK. Didn't happen, none of it. And email load incredibly slowly. Please help.

From your Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>>Email>>>>>>Composing.  Is the box checked to save a copy to the Sent folder?
