Please provide us some more details.

Are you using a email client and if so which one?

Which version of xfinity connect webmail are you using?

If you are using xfinity connect webmail have you checked your deletion schedule settiings?

If you are using a email client do you have a check mark on leave a copy on the server?

Have you ever received email in your inbox? What have you tried to fix the problem?

Have you search the forum for anyone having the same problem and if there solutions?

Have you contact comcast and ask them what the problem is?

What browser are you using?

Have you tried any other browser and if so which ones?

Do any of them work?

Have you tried changing your password perhaps someone got your password?

Trying to set up comcast e-mail on outlook.  Everytime I put in e-mail address and password used on comcast site I get a "incorrect e-mail address or password" response; also getting a message that "pop" accounts cannot be entered on Windows 8.1.  Is there a solution for this problem without signing into comcast to retrieve e-mail?
