email -xfinity connect not working after download on ipad

Just downloaded xfinity connect after comcast emails not coming in?  and not working?   they gave no steps or preference choices that I can see?

Please explain what you mean when you say you"Just downloaded Xfinity Connect.  It is a part of your Internet service with nothing to do load.  To see what you Username is for your account:

Your username and password must match in both XfinityConnect and on your iPad.  Check your iPad settings as well.

 

Go to the My Account 

Underneath SIGN IN you will see Don't know your email or username? Click the link.

 

Tick the circle next to your address, click Next.

 

 All user accounts will be listed. The primary account will have that designation next to it.

 

You can also add Secondary Accounts from My Account by clicking on Users and Settings, then clicking on ADD USER<

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
