My email will not load or refersh. I can send emails and the email page comes up, but does not load any new emails. Am running a mac, and emails do not load on Chrome, Safari or Firefox. I have contacted suppoerted and have been referred to Tier 3, but have not yet heard from them. Have cleared my browsers/ restarted etc. but nothing.
I have an iMac and I'm not experiencing this problem. I'm curious-------do you have another device you can access your account with like a smartphone or tablet? If so, does it work OK there?
Assuming you are still on the old email format, on the Mac, sign into your account. Once you get to the Inbox page, at the top click on Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>Email Safe List. If that has become enabled, nothing will get to your Inbox except from contact you deliberately put on that list. So if it's on, disable it. Does that fix it?
I doubt the Spam filters have anything to do with this. I'm going to escalate your OP to the forum administrator to see if they can have someone look at your account.

A PM is part of the Lithium forum software. It's not an email. Look in the upper right corner of the screen near your name/icon and you will see a small dark envelope icon. If a message is waiting for you, it will have a red circle with the number in it. Just click on the envelope. It looks like this---------------------------
