email time

email time

the time on my email is four hours late. i cannot fix. it seems to be right already in preferences and calendar so, i tried someone's idea of changing the time zone and then changing it back but still nothing...i guess i can try calling comcast later if i don't get a solution here. wasn't sure that was going to help either based on some people's experiences so i wasn't sure.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Which browser/ version? Have you cleared your cache?
Do that, then go back into the Lite version again and set the correct time zone. Close and re-open York browser and see if it sticks.
