I have a problem with Comcast email. It stays open all the time, even when I sign out, and close the browser. Anybody using my computer can access my email anytime. I want it to close when I sign out and i want to have to sign in to access it.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.  Also, make sure that when you are on the sign-in page the box is unchecked to keep you signed in.
