How can I retrieve an email that was deleted

If it is not in the Trash Folder, AND you are using thecFULL version of XC...

Right click on the Trash Folder

Click on Recover deleted messages

A window opens showing deleted emails

If you see the email you want, highlight it

Next click on the small green arrow on the top left side of the window

A NEW window opens showing you how you can move that email back to your Inbox.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Just to add------it takes one or two days for a deleted message to appear in the Recover Deleted Items feature.
