why have I stopped receiving emails from fellow Comcast subscribers as well as other emailers ?

Are you not getting any emails at all, or only not from certain senders?  If you send yourself an email from some other non-Comcast account you have like Yahoo or AOL, does it go through OK?

I am rec. other emails fine except lost one noncomcst site since this began 6 wks. ago. Comcast tech NO help. Mainly unable to rec. emails from fellow Comcast subscribers.      John

Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help you with this, if you can get past the first-line reps. Call them at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support/contacts#s5_nav).
