email problems

I'm having trouble accessing links that are sent to me thru emails. It keeps saying having problems with internet connection. It started doing this within the last 3 months. Also when I'm checking my emails the connection goes down a lot and its starting to get very annoying. Please help

Please post the entire error message you are getting.

Which browser/version are you using?  Have you cleared your browser cache?  Have you tried a different browser just to test?  IF YOU ARE USING Internet Explorer Versions 10 or 11, you must enable Compatibility View (TOOLS>Compatibility View Settings)

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
