able to receive, but can't send email via my comcast email address from kindle fire. can anyone help? the outgoing server number seems to be wrong, but when I change it to what I think is the correct one, I get a message on the fire, that it is incorrect.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post. Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version? Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.) Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache? Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X Details of the problem you are having.
incoming and outgong set up apparently automatically when I try to set up email in the email app on Kindle Fire. the outgoing port says 465--auto setup. This didn't work, so I tried changing that to 587, the outgoing port on my computer email, but that didn't work, either. (thanks for responding)
