After I open my xfinity connect app, when I open a folder in my email all of the contents of that folder are deleted as soon as I open the folder

Are you saying that all email in a Folder is deleted when you open the a Folder?  Are you referring to the Comcast folders, or folders yiu created?

 

Have you set your iPad servings to Leave a copy of messages on the server?  If not set, email in XC will be deleted from the server.

 

Have you checked your Email Deletion Schedule under the Preference ran in the a Inbox?

 

To do:  Click on the a Email icon

Scroll down to the a Email Deletion Schedule and look at the number of days set before all email is deleted from each Folder.  While there, make any changes yiu wish to make to the number of days.

Yes , only on the folders that I created
