When I type the first letter of my email name a drop box appears with several email options I use; I pick my address and is adds it to the space correctly; I then drop down and type in my password and hit enter.  So far, so good right?  Wrong.  More often than not is says I typed in the wrong password and says I was trying to log on to my wife's email address.  Why would it change to my wife's email when that's not what I entered?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Clear your browser cache, then close your browser. Do you have ever username set to remember me?

If using Internet Explorer: Click on Internet Options, then click on Delete. At the top of the window make sure that Save a Favorite websites is NOT checked.


Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Thank you, however I'm using Mozilla Foxfire.  How do I accomplish what you suggested?
