When I am reading an email on my account on the website (not on an email client), and I click an email reply link (mailto:etc), it pulls up a window to add the sender to my contacts, not a blank reply email to the sender as it is supposed to do.  Others have this problem too - it seems to be consistent.  If I access my email eith an email client, it works as it should.  I generally use a 3rd party email client, so it's not a problem for me, but I volunteer for a nonprofit that sends out e-blasts with email reply links, and some of our supporters have Comcast accounts that they access only on the Xfinity website.  They are complaining about this problem.
