email icon not showing on web

My email icon is not showing on the web page either and i spent an over long time with a very wrody tech guy trying to resolve it. He acted as if this were a unique probelm to me. He probably thought that is the case. Comcast's usual sow job--not telling its employees when there is a system wide probelm. I've had it!!!

For me, http://my.xfinity.com is OK in IE, Edge, and Chrome, but not in Firefox. The top of the page just a featureless black band and the bottom "I want to ..." items are missing entirely. The only way I can get to webmail is by using https://connect.xfinity.com/.

I just tried with Firefox v59.02 and everything is where is where it's supposed to be, top and bottom.  Windows 10 Dell.  Strange.

connect address

I'll try that. But what angers me most about comcast is that they never tell any of their representatives that there is any problem. They act as if it's our software or compueters causing an indiddual problem--in other words their policy is denial and stonewalling.
