email highlight

email highlight

I am not able to highlight while in email. Cannot double click on a word. I am able to do highlight in Word and Excel fine. This just started. I have already rebooted the comuter. Thank you for any assistance.

What browser are you using? Is it up to date?

thanks. I am using microsoft edge. It is up-to-date. In fact, new computer. It was working fine until today. I think I may have hit something while rushing but not sure what Smiley Sad

I think I should be clearer. I am trying to double click OR click and drag to highlight a section to then either cut and DELETE OR COPY. It is not working. Just wanted to Clarify. Thank you.

Try clearing out the cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out Edge and re-start it in a fresh session.

I am having the same issue.
