All my groups are empty. I see on FAQ's that some customers had this problem a year ago, and Comcast lists it as "solved," but I don't see the solution. My groups have not been empty for a year, but all of them are now, with the error message saying "please retry." Harry
I'm escalating this to the forum admins for follow-up. You can't fix this yourself.
Hi thorsen11, thanks for reaching out about your empty groups. If you type the group name into an email, do those contacts populate?

No! Just on my desk top. I can't print the newsletter on the lap top as it doesn't have the program I need.
Apache Open Office 4.1. The group names are still missing today. This problem only started a couple weeks ago and I never had a problem before.
