email format was changed on Feb 24th; draggy slow now

Sorry. the first email you tried to fob off on me showed a release date in Oct 2016? No help whatsoever. Yesterday, Feb 24th, I woke up to a DIFFERENT email format. I don't know what Comcast uses... is it Outlook?

It is very slow to load, very slow to change screens, very slow to send, very slow very slow.

What is wrong and can you fix it?

The web mail is unique to Comcast as far as I know. They formerly were using Zimbra-based software. The new web mail is designed to emulate the Connect app used for mobile devices. The same goes for virtually everything Comcast is doing, to make everything look the same no matter what device you use.

I have several people that are unable to connect to Comcast email from a Government PC URL https://xfinityconnect.mail.comcast.net/. On the home page it is http://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust

I on the otherhand am able to connect with this URL https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/

 

What can I tell them to fix this issue?
