You need to provide better information.  Do you mean one particular folder, or are they all gone or what?  Can you still see the folder pane to the left side of the page?

I can still see the folder pane. However it has none of the folders that I set up. I have 5 personal folders that do not appear there. I can find my folders on my smart phone but not my laptop.

Is the laptop using a desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, or are you only using a browser and the webmail interface?  If you are using a client, is it using POP3 for the Comcast account?

Same problem here.

The folder name appears but with no content.  No Inbox, no Sent, no Trash....and no E-Mails.

I don't know. I just go in to Xfinity's website, sign in, go to menu, click on email, and it comes up.
