email folder

I have one folder in my email folders that gives me a problem. When I click on this folder my computer will freez up. All of the other folders will open up with no problem.... What's up with folder? Any ideas?

Re: email folder

Is it a folder you created, or one of the default folders?

Re: email folder

Thanks for the reply...  It is a folder that I created.

Re: email folder

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.  You could also try renaming the folder, or creating another one, then moving the emails from the first one to the new one.  Then delete the problem folder.
