Where are the email filters?  Don't tell me it's under "preferences", because I just spent 30 minutes and a lot of hassle (including being forced to reset my pw) trying to find "preferences", it doesn't exist anywhere!

I'll take that to mean you are in the new email format?  If so, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner under your name, then on Settings.  Under Mail you will see Filter Rules.  It looks like this--------------

No such trail from Connect > Settings > to ?>?>?  To create email filter rules.

can I do it via webmail not the app?

In the webmail UI that I posted up thread, can you not see the gear icon in the upper right corner?

I should have said, “No such trail IN MY VIEW” of the UI.  

In my view, the menu is at the left. And yes there is a gear, but the trail runs cold after tapping that.  The rest of the possibilities you mention are not there in my view.  

I’ve set up filter rules from the web-browser version before but can’t find that trail now either.

It was in same area as the forwarding option as I recall.

How are you accessing your email?  With only a browser and a desktop/laptop computer?  Or on a tablet or what?
