550 5.1.1 Not our Customer i keep recieving this mesage when i try to sent email thru incredimail??they said the problem lies with my isp??? help please

That error means something is wrong with the address you are sending to.  Look at it carefully for any typos, missing characters and so on.  Also, it could be that the address is no longer valid, or a number of other reasons.

ohh,thank you very much i'll check that out email addresses,etc.............it seems to be happening when i try to send email to multiple recipient im going to try to send email to one person at a time and hopefully if one doesn't go thru then there a prob with there address.
