I would like to be able to delete an email on one of my devices and have it deleted on the others as well.  Like if I delete an email on the computer, it deletes is on my phone or visa versa.  Right now this is not happening.  Shouldn't they all be connected?

Do you have the account enabled on all of them using the IMAP protocol settings?  If so then everything should be synced.  Check the settings in all of them to make sure.
