email delay

I am having a hard time receiving some of my emails.  I am attempting to reset a password on one of my shopping sites that has been hacked and I can't get the reset email.  Yes, I have checked my junk folder... and I have waited 30+ minutes and no email.  

Anyone else have this issue?

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain--------------
