email constantly timing out

Here we go again.  In spite of numerous complaints, attempts to "chat" about the problem, and previous posts, I will again state an ongoing problem with this substandard, inadequate email program.  Literally in the middle of reading email, it times out.  This is in spite of checking the box to keep me signed in unless I opt to sign out, loggin in each day, etc.  Sometimes I have to log in multiple times a day.  And of course, whenever I log back in, I have to start all over with any sorting, searching, or whatever in the email.  Ridiculous for a company who claims to be in the forefront of internet technology to have such a lousy email program. And is there any wonder why I don't want to trust xfinity with control of my house?
