I am trying to download email through POP3 to mozilla on my laptop.  I can only get the inbox, and only 2 years?  What do I need to do to get my sent mail, and all of my emails?   Thank you so much.

POP3 only works on the Inbox folder.  Nothing else is synced.  To do what you want you would need to re-create the account in Thunderbird using the IMAP protocol.  Comcast accounts are IMAP compliant by default now.  The settings are found here---------------

Once that is done, all your folders will be synced and anything you have on the server should also show in Thunderbird.  You can then delete the POP version of the account in T-Bird, which I would recommend in order to avoid confusion.
