email as guest?

email as guest?

I log into xfinity.com ok but when I try to look at my email, it says Hello guest. I have had a recent problem with emails going out that I didn't send. Is this related?

First, there is a glitch in the system that shows a Guest inst ad of your name.  Mine changes to my name in about a minute, yours may not.  They are working on that.

 

Mst important is the emails being sent that you did not send.  Please look like n your Sent Fooder and see if they are showing there.  You may have been hit by a spammer.  I would immediately change your password and secret question.  Make sure the new passwood is strong...containing both upper and lower case letters, some numbers, and a couple of characters like( !?)

N the homepage scroll down to QUICK LINKS and click on RESET PASSWORDS.
