Icannot access my email address to add/edit addresses.

Hello,
 
I understand that you are having issues in adding/updating your address book. In order to isolate your issue, we would like to know if it shows the same error if you access your address book using a different browser (i.e Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).

I have never used another browser and don't know how to access one.  Goggle it?

Questions to answer

:

If you are using Internet Excplorer Verion 10 or 11, do you have Compatibility View enabled?  You must. (TOOLS>COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS)

 

Have you cleared your browser cache?

 

Which version of XfinityConnexct are you using. Full or Lite?  To check:

Open your Inbox, then click on PREFERENCES.  Next click on the General icon.  A window will come up showing you which version you are currently using.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?

I cannot download Google Chrome or Mozilla Foxfire.

I cannot find which version of Explorer I am using.  Where is that?

I know nothing about clearing a browser cache.

To find my xfinity connect version I opened my inbox and clicked on PREFERENCES. What do youmean by the general icon?  I have clicked on everything on the page and do not see what version I am using.

I cannot find tools to look at compatability settings.  Where is it?

I don't have an email client.

We have Vista.

The problem is that I cannot access my email address book by clicking on "address book" at the top of my email list.  I cannot add or delete addresses therefore.

This has not worked since we moved our service from Illinois to Tennessee. 

My husband has no trouble with his so why is mine not working when we are on the same account?
