email account doesnt load inbox with folders. just says loading

email account doesnt load inbox with folders. just says loading

My Xfinity email comes up but my inbox and all the folders on the left including delete spam etc. are missing just an empty box that in very small letters its says 'loading'

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
