OK still not getting e-mail so I am going to try again and dumb it down so that a Comcast rep can understand it. Yes I can open my Mail Box but there is nothing in it. So what I do is forward any e-mails to my AOL account and guess what? There they are and I can read them and answer them. Why can I not read any Comcast e-mails on my Comcast site but I can read them on my AOL site since I clicked on e-mail forwarding on Comcast.

Also you have been refering to me as Navdaze177 - that is a very old dead acount and my bills are paid and mail is recieved at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. However, after upgrading to X-1 which is a whole other horror story, my XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX mail is gone.

So I hope explained it to Comcast as simple as I can - perhaps I should get crayons and color you some pictures to show you that my e-mails cannot be read on Comcast and are forwarded to AOL to read. No I am not stupid enough to know that when I have the forwarding on to AOL I am not going to get any at Comcast. So every so often I turn the mail forwarding off and send an e-mail to my Comcast account to check and it does not show up (an natually not on AOL either since Comcast forwarding is OFF!)

This all happened because I went to your Union City office and signed up for X-1 - talk about total confusion. It was so bad that our copy of the contract does not even have our signatures on it (Hmmm, that might be good) I have no idea how you are able to stay in business with so many angry customers???

So let's review this:

1. I am not Navydaze177 as you refer me to.

2. I cannot recieve any e-mail at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

3. I must forward all e-mail to my AOL Account to read it.

Now I am going to go ahead to the store and by a box of crayons, just in case you guys do not understand what I have been complaining about since January.

Also please, I would like to know what the penalty cost would be to terminate my Account.

Additionaly what happened to the X1 Account I signed up for as I have something else it seems.

One Angry Comcast customer - NO phone calls please - the last one talked to me for 5 minutes and then said she would call back tomorrow - never happened!!

M.D.
