I would like to save all my e-mail folders and e-mails due to having to change services.  How can I do this?

You need to set up the account in an email client program like Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail or some other.  That way the emails will be on your computer.  If you have a Gmail account, there is a way to import your Comcast emails and contacts to that account.
