e-mail unwanted message

When I enter my e-mail account using Internet Exployer, I get a blip(sound) and the message reads as follows:" This website wants to run the following add-on :  MSXml 3.0sp10' from 'microsoft Corp:  If you trust the website and the add-on and want to allow it to run, click here.....    My question is what is this and what caused it to appear when I entered my e-mail and how can I delete it?   A response would be appreciated.  R. Re: e-mail unwanted message

Do you have any extensions or add-ons enabled in IE?  If so, try disabling them one by one to see if the issue clears up.  Also, clear out your browsing history and re-start IE in a fresh session.
