e-mail spam

I inadvertantly hit spam instead of print (the buttons are right next to each other) I haven't received an email from this person since this happened and they have sent several, how can I reverse this situation, these e-mails are very important to me,any assistance would be much appreciated.

Re: e-mail spam

Marking an email from one sender as Spam just once wouldn't keep them from sending you others.  It takes a while for the Spam filters to be "trained" when doing that.  Call Comcast security to see if there is some blocking issue with the sender's domain---------------------

Re: e-mail spam

Thanks for the reply,so you're saying it's something else , I find it an odd coinsidence that I received several e-mails per day from this person for over a year , until I hit that spam button and haven't gotten one since ?
