Re: e-mail address

Assuming you mean an old Comcast address;  if service was canceled on the account that had the email address affiliated with it, then no, there is no way to get it back.  When service is cancelled, the user ID is suspended for 90 days, and then released into the pool of available IDs for any other Comcast customer who wants it.  You could try setting it up as a secondary to see if no one else ever took it.  But it's a long shot.  There would be no email from the old account.

Re: e-mail address

No the service wasn't terminated. I change email address after getting too many spams. Just wanted to try using that earlier one again.

Re: e-mail address

If you deleted the user ID ( that portion of the address to the left of the @ symbol), then what I said in my first reply to you still holds true.  Like I said, you can try to set it up again as a secondary account and if no one else has claimed it, you should be able to use it again unless it's been less than 90 days since you deleted it.
