e-mail - How to mark an e-mail as Important or Colors to set how important?

I want to set some importance indicators for e-mail I receive.

I only see the Read indicator for an e-mail.

Surely, there are more options.

Let me know.

Thanks

That feature is NOT offered in XfinityConnect.  The only thing you could do using XC, is to move messages into folders you create and save them there for future reference, etc.

If you need help on creating folders, let us know.

Real Email clients do have the option you are looking for though,(flagging an email)  this is webmail.

There is one other work-around you might think about.  You could set your Comcast email to auto-forward to another mail account where you can flag messages one way or another.  Yahoo, Hotmail, and Gmail all have a way to flag messages.  Gmail has a way to prioritize them too.  Or you could just stop using the Comcast address and go with one of the others in the first place.

Sad to say, but Comcast email doesn't quite stand up to a lot of others when it comes to the  nicer bells and whistles.

There is also another advantage to using a client, or auto forwarding that most people overlook----------you don't even have to be signed on to your Comcast account to look at those emails.  You avoid the Xfinity homepage and the Preview page.  So instead of 3 clicks at Comcast you only need one at Gmail or Yahoo.   If you use a client program, it keeps you signed into the Comcast account.

You have options.

Is the ability to do this still not available on Comcast email?  I really need to be able to do it so I can see what I need to without having to open folders.
