After logging into my xfinity account I open email tab. I then get an email window showing me as a guest. I am not sure if this is a problem but when I log out of my email I am still logged into xfinity under my name which requires me to log out again. I have contacted comcast about this twice and both times they are unable to fix. Has anyone else had this issue and if so were you able to have it repaired?

The 'guest" thingy is an ongoing, known issue.  It's been happening for quite a while now.  But it's not because anything is wrong with your account.
