Past week every msg to one contact, @cox.net (in Northern VA) gets a non delivery msg.

The msgs are delivered.  Contact says, Cox.net says it is not their fault.

Call Comcast security and  see if they are having a problem with blocking at the Cox end-----------------

Please let me know if this works.. I am having the exact same problem. They bounce a few days and then deliver, the three people I write with @cox.net all are doing it. One didn't go at all, some go right through.

forgot to mention, this has been going on a little over a week. Mine are not to Northern VA, they are to the Hampton Roads area. Gloucester and Williamsburg.
