comcast email

i am having trouble recieving email. i beleive it is supposed to be going to spam file

but i never recieve spam emails

i have been requesting a change of passwords in 2  sites and both say check spam

i have never recieved the email

is there  a way i can recieve these email

i need to change passwords

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue with those sender's domains---------------------
