comcast e-mail

when i start to write an email (and even as i'm writing this now) my page and font sizes go nuts - from huge to super tiny at will.  curser also keeps jumping around from content to subject line, cc line, anywhere!!  sometimes after a few words typed i'll find myself in some website i've never even seen before.  please help me.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way. If it works OK then you will know the problem probably lies with the first browser. eg: if you are using Internet Explorer, try Chrome or Firefox.

Also, you could try switching from the Full version of Xfinity Connect to the Lite version. Go to Preferences>>>>General, and see which one you're using now. Full is the default. Select the Lite version.

If you are using IE 10 or 11, make sure Compatibility mode is enabled for comcast.net. You will find it in IE under "Tools".

If it's not the browser, change your password and run a scan of your computer with your A/V software.  You may have picked up a nasty bit of malware if it keeps re-directing you to a website.

cleared brower's cache/history and problem seems to be gone upon first couple of tests.  Not even a problem writing now, as it was during orig. post here.  Still going to test some more to be sure and will let you know.  You're so sweet to help me so much.  Let you know soon.
