I changed my primary username but I cannot access my inbox.

Exactly what happens when you try to access your email now?  Understand that when you changed the user ID it changed the email address too.  Is that what you are talking about?

You won't find any email in the Inbox that was sent to your OLD username(email address). The old email address is no longer in use.  You should notify all your contacts of your NEW email address.  And- As LATOQUE said, email that was in the old username us now gone.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
