My computer time is correct but my received email time is 3 hrs off. How do I fix this?

Change over to the Lite version of Xfinity Connect from the default Full version. To do so, from the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>General>>>>>>>>>Version. Make the change. Hit the Back button, and then click on Email. Then click on "Timezones" and put in whatever is correct for you. Then you can go back to the Full version if you want to.
When i choose the light version the time is correct, but when i go back to the full version the time changes back to being the incorrect time. Can this be corrected??
Then something else is going on. I'm escalating this to the forum administrator level to see if we can get this fixed.
Hi laedwards13, the full version email's time should go off the time zone setting on your computer. Like BruceW suggested please check your computer's Time Zone settings, and if you are still having issues please let us know.
