I am trying to change my email address and making sure that my old one is undeliverable. Not sure how to accomplish that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.:-)

Is it the PRIMARY Username (email address you want to change?  Do you also have Secondary usernames set up?

You didn't answer which Username either???  Primary or a Secondary?

Basically, while signed in with the PRIMARY Username and password:

Click on Account

You will be directed to Customer Central

Click on Users & Settings

You will now see 'Manage My User Settings'

Click the drop down to bring up which Username you want to change

Under Account Settings, click on the blue link,. "Change Username'

Follow the steps from there

Sign in with your PRIMARY Username and password

click on My Account

You will be directed to Customer Central

Click on the Users & Settings tab

Click on the Username you want to change

Click on the blue link "Change Username"

Is this the ONLY Username you have? Meaning it is the PRIMARY? If it is, know please, that when you change it you cannot get it back again.  It is held for 90 days then released to be used by another customer.

Unless there is a particular reason for wanting to change your PRIMARY, I would suggest instead to leave it as is, create a SECONDARY Username (email address) and use it instead.

To change your password after changing your Username, go back into the Users & Settings tab and click on change password.
