cant stay logged in

cant stay logged in

I check to stay "logged in", but always have to log in again.  In addition, email always shows a "guest" sign in addition to my account sign in

Staying signed in is a function of your browser.  If you are clearing cache and history when you exit the browser session, it deletes the cookies used by Comcast for the sign-in.  The "guest" thingy is a known, ongoing issue.  There is nothing wrong with your account.
