You didn't give us enough information.  What do you mean by 'internet'?  Do you mean you can't  sign in on the Xfinity homepage?  What happens exactly when you type in your username and password?

Which browser/ version are you using?  Clear your browser cache, close, and re-open, then try again.

Have you tried a different browser, just to test?

If using Internet Explorer, click on Tools>Internet Options> Compatibility View, and makevsurevCompatibility View is on.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
