cant add existing contact to existing group in xfinity email

cant add existing contact to existing group in xfinity email

cant add existing contact to group in comcast email.  i go to my group list and click on add contacts.  then i click on the contact i want to add.  but... from there what do i do.   the only thing i can do is click on the "x" in the upper right hand box in the area to get out of the add contacts box.  there is no way to have xfinity add my contact to the group...  help, help, help

You will need to goto the address book in order to add contacts to the group.. Here's how:

 

- Login to Xfinity

- Go to the Address book

- Click on the check box next to the contact that you wish to add to group

- Click on +Add to group button

- Done

thanks.  i managed to find the add to group button and get my contact added to the group...again, thanks for the info
