cannot send email

cannot send email

I am unable to send email.  I don't get a messge of error.  It just does not load up and I am left with either a black or white blank page

Which version of Xfinity Connect are you using, full or lite?

Which browser/ version are you usingZ.
Have tiy cleared your cache? Have you tried a different browser?

IF USING INTERNET EXPLORER VERSION 19 or version 11' yiu must have Compatibility View under Tools,check Compatbility View setting and make sure it is on.

Post back, Do you also use any other email programs or devices?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
