can't received email from one addresss

I am trying to reset a password and the only way to do so is to get a reset email to my registered email account.  However the email never comes through to my emall account.  The company says the problem is on my comcast account.  I've added the address to  my address book, and still nothing.  Can someone help?

First, Comcast doesn't scan your address book to see if the contact is in there.  Second, check and make sure the messages aren't going to the Spam folder.

 

If it's not that, then call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain-----------------------
