can't receive my comcast emails or outlook exppress emails

I received e-mails on both Xfinity and Outlook Express through 4-24 5:08pm. Then neither Xfinity nor Outlook Express had any e-mails after 5:08pm yesterday. Normally, I receive e-mails all the time. So any advice on how to get my e-mails from yesterday and earlier this morning? Thanks for any help!

Try sending yourself an email from some other, non-Comcast, account you might have like Yahoo or AOL or something.  Does it go through OK?

Unfortunately, there is no way for Comcast to recover emails that never made it to your Inbox in the first place.  Had they been in the Inbox folder and then been deleted there would have been a chance to get them back.

It's possible that there were blocks in place due to prior spam issues.  You can call Comcast security and ask---------------

Comcast Customer Security Assurance-------------------

Normal business hours (6:00 am to 2:00 am EST, 7 days a week)

1 - 888-565-4329

Other than that there is no telling why something like this happened.
