can't get phone email

Since the new email chainges at xfinity today, my computer receives email but my phone does not.

Any ideas?

My husband's email has made the transition to the new version. Mine has not. Ever since Wednesday when he thinks the conversion happened he cannot get emails on his iPhone 6. I have made some changes to his settings to match mine but he is still not receiving emails. This is very frustrating. What is the fix? Thank you.

Did you try sending him a test email from your account to see if it works?  He could try to delete the account from the phone and set it back up again from scratch.
