My account just updated to the new email version and worked fine for about 4 days. Now today it is very sporadic. It lets me sign in but then hangs up. Does not matter whether I use Edge or Firefox and clear all the cookies etc. and restart. Oh and I am using Windows 10 on this laptop. Signing in on my desktop with Windows 7 everything works fine.
I saw a suggestion that said type in entire email address but that did not work either. However, if I then signed in to my account it did not reask me for name/password it simply opened my email immediately. Weird any suggestions?
I can not get into my email account again, this also happened about 2 weeks ago, anyone else got the same problem?
I thinks this must be a Comcast issue at least in my case.
It is a Comcast issue and happens frequently with the new system. I have now talked with a customer service rep and a chat agent who say it is not a Comcast problem... but they will get a tech to work on it and promised this will be permanently fixed. Right...
