I am trying to block an incoming email address. I have been unable to do this.Any help?

You need to be more descriptive. Just saying "it doesn't work" isn't very helpful.
If you want to block a particular email, you must sent up a filter to do it. Preferences, Email, Email Filters.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X

The one issue I have with comcast e-mail is there is NO easy way to block senders.NetZero has such a simple button to block a sender and it works great.I would think Comcast after all these years would have updated to make it easier for one to block certain e-mails without this long,unclear present process in place of making filters.
What + or - buttons. I don't see any in the filter
Note that CCCarole posted that information 9 months ago. Apparently the filter feature has changed since then, because I don't see any + or - buttons either.
